Preferred Treatment – The R.B. Spencer Inc service agreement increases HVAC system reliability. Should you need emergency HVAC service, the service agreement entitles you to preferential treatment.

Price Protection – The energy saving planned service agreement price covers one to three years and can not be raised durning the agreed upon dates.


Lower Utility Costs – The results of a study conducted by Louisiana State University, shows how a service maintenance program can save a significant amount on your monthly cooling bill. Heating systems will benefit as well.

Customer Appreciation Points – A total of 25 points will be added to your account each time maintenance is done. When new equipment/parts are needed your points will be converted to dollars and you will receive that amount off of your installation/service invoice.
